How it works

Create a task on the Dashboard and set a due date.

Your server runs a cron job every hour that calls the reminder endpoint.

When a task's due date falls within the lead-time window, an email is sent to all recipients. Each task is only reminded once per recipient.

Completing a task immediately cancels any pending reminder for it.
